The materials provided on this website are protected by law, including, but not limited to, Taiwan copyright laws and international treaties.

We will not be able to ship out the products until your payment is cleared.

Shipping fee NT$120 per order . We offer free shipping on orders over NT$2,000.

•Main Island of Taiwan - Shipping fee NT$60 per order . We offer free shipping on orders over NT$2,000.
•Other Islands of Taiwan - Shipping fee NT$100 per order . We offer free shipping on orders over NT$5,000.


Package Dispatch/Handling Time:
Once your order is confirmed and payment is cleared, the packages will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Dispatch times don't include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Possible Delays :
Although uncommon, the inclement weather such as typhoons, hurricanes, earthquake, or floods may cause delivery delays. In such cases, the possible dispatch time will be notified on our website.

It takes 2 to 3 business days for the couriers to deliver the package to the local convenience store you indicate. Please note the actual parcel arrival date will be affected over holidays and during sale period, or by the courier’s policy. The parcel might arrive early or late. As much as we don’t want it to happen, some delayed delivery might happen. Please understand the delivery progress of the parcel is beyond XX’s control since once the courier takes over the package, the actual package arrival time is in the courier’s hand. However, we would certainly do our best to help tracking the progress of the package delivery. Thanks for your understanding.
3.Undeliverable Shipments
Please be sure to provide us the correct information including name, phone number and address of the addressee. If a package is undeliverable because of the wrong addressee information, package refused by the addressee or mail unclaimed after the couriers deliver packages twice, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost loss of expired products due to late delivery.
Please Note: the P.O.Box can not be used as shipping address.
If the order is a gift, we could help sending the package directly to the gift receiver.
However, please be sure to inform the receiver in advance to prevent from package return. If a mail return occurred, you are responsible of both sending and return shipping charges.

Return and Exchange Policy

Delivery change / cancellation order Please check the condition of the package and make sure it is correct product you order. If it is not the product you order or the item is defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days of package arrival for return or exchange.
After 7 days of package arrival, product return or exchange is not accepted.
Please be noted the 7-day return period is not a period for free trial. The product must be returned intact, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original brand new packaging. All the items sent with the product including wrapper, paper box, attached document, invoice, giveaway, DM…etc. must be returned along with the product itself. We will have the couriers pick up the return package from you.

Due to concerns of food quality deterioration, we do not accept merchandise for return once the original packaging, wrapper or paper box is opened.
For protecting your interests, if the product is not the item you order, please take pictures of both front and back covers of the original packaging. Also, if the items are defective, please take photos indicating the defect and send photos to our customer service via email or LINE.
